Karen is a certified instructor for the Arthritis Foundation’s Exercise Program (AFEP). This program is a low-impact recreational exercise program that incorporates a brief educational component and is meant for all ability levels. The class focuses on balance, flexibility, strength, coordination and cardio in order to help improve your fatigue, pain, and stiffness. -

Instructor: Hannibal Wolong Karate is an Okinawan martial art whose physical aspects seek the development of defensive and counter attacking body movements. Intro to Karate is for those looking to improve their physical and mental health and is for all ages. Good news — we have an instructor ready to teach this class!
