Youth Wrestling Program  ('24-'25 Grade):

DC/L Wrestling Staff

FALL Session: The DC/L Charging Dragon Wrestling program is offering multiple training sessions this Fall with a goal of improving in all three wrestling positions (Feet, Top, Bottom) in technique, drilling, sparring, and live goes! Bring a friend and have fun with the wrestling team this fall. Off-season training will make in-season champions.

Winter Session: Whether you’ve been in wrestling before or not, this is a great opportunity for boys and girls to learn! Charging Dragon wrestling techniques, skills, drills and games will be emphasized.

Grades 3-6 will have will have two seasons. All practices will be combined with DC. The second season is for advanced wrestlers who wish to continue practicing and competing into February and March. NO REGISTRATION DEADLINE.

Parent/Wrestler Informational Meeting:

This meeting will cover the wrestling season components and schedule as well as competition information and distribution of youth wrestling t-shirts.
