Discovery SchoolDiscovery School is a program for for children ages 2.5 years-4 years old (By September 1, 2024) - FULL CLASS (register to get on the waitlist) *Ages updated 9/9/2024 Come discover what preschool is like. This class offers the best of ECFE with a more formal preschool experience. Parents and students will start with 20 minutes of guided Mindful Movement. After which, students and parents will separate. While teachers and students focus on becoming familiar with preschool routines and skills, parents will return to pick-up their child at 10:45am. Dragon Kids Club*School year registration will open Monday, August 12 at 8am. 2024-2025 Dragon Kids Club School Year Care Information (Lake Ripley Elementary): Dragon Kids Club is ISD #465 Community Education & Recreation’s school age before and after school childcare program for children entering grades K-4 for the 2024-2025 school year. We are open for childcare before and after school following the school calendar. We are not open on non-school days. At DKC, we have professional and caring staff, a variety of enrichment programs, engaging recreational choices, outdoor play, and large/small group games. Join us for some fun before and after school at Dragons Kids Club! Weekly rates are listed below. You can choose from one of our 3 contract options (Consistent Schedule, Pick-Your-Days or Drop-in). Special OlympicsSpecial Olympics Unified Sports combine athletes with and without disabilities on the same team. By participating together, Special Olympics Athletes and Unified Partners improve their physical fitness, sharpen their skills, challenge the competition and encourage teamwork. Community Education Youth Programs deliver a range of enrichment learning opportunities during out of school time (afterschool, non-school days, and summer) including recreation, enrichment opportunities & trips.
