First time participants must complete the initial 8-hour course. The 4-hour refresher course is for certificate renewal. Some topics include: basic rules, common effects of aging, medications, license renewal process, traffic hazards, and accident prevention. Class includes video, lectures, and discussion, no driving or written test. Bring a pen and your AARP card if you have one. Registration deadlines are one week prior to the class.
