Adult / Adult Recreation / Group Fitness -
Fall 2024

Karen Peterson is a certified instructor for the Arthritis Foundation’s Exercise Program (AFEP). This program is a low-impact recreational exercise program that incorporates a brief educational component and is meant for all ability levels. The class focuses on balance, flexibility, strength, coordination and cardio in order to help improve your fatigue, pain, and stiffness.
