Summer 2025
This class is designed for youth to have FUN while learning some science concepts (inquiry based) - this is a STEM class. We will be using the simplest of techniques (freezer bags and lots of flavored syrups and toppings to choose from). Come and have some fun with your friends!
Includes supplies and ingredients.
Char Bzdok
Meet Ms. B
Charlene Bzdok is a licensed educator with over 25 years of experience teaching science in a classroom setting. During her career, she’s taught a diverse selection of topics—including biology, math, chemistry, entomology, bird ecology, life science, physics, and more. In addition to her work in classrooms across Minnesota—working with students from different cultures and backgrounds—she’s also taught abroad in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Today, she organizes a range of community education courses to help students across over 30 school districts discover the basic principles of science, technology, physics, and of course baking and cake pop decoration.
