Intro to Boys' Gymnastics

This class is designed to introduce boys to the fundamentals of gymnastics, focusing on developing body control, flexibility, and strength. Participants will practice on various apparatuses, including the floor, bars, and vault. Skills covered in the class will encompass handstands, rolls, bridges, cartwheels, front support, casting, regripping, hand weight support, and more.
