STEM - Winter Culinary Crafts Grades K-8
This Culinary STEM class is designed for kids to learn some Biology/Chemistry concepts as well as learning cooking techniques. We will be making 2 edible crafts: Edible DNA as well as Wintery Galaxy Popcorn. Let's have some fun while we cook, eat and learn about DNA, Genetics and Popcorn Chemistry.
Includes supplies and ingredients.

Meet Ms. B
Charlene Bzdok is a licensed educator with over 25 years of experience teaching science in a classroom setting. During her career, she’s taught a diverse selection of topics—including biology, math, chemistry, entomology, bird ecology, life science, physics, and more. In addition to her work in classrooms across Minnesota—working with students from different cultures and backgrounds—she’s also taught abroad in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Today, she organizes a range of community education courses to help students across over 30 school districts discover the basic principles of science, technology, physics, and of course baking and cake pop decoration.
