Spring Flag Football - LHS Football Coaching Staff

This program will provide athletes with a basic understanding of the game of football while playing flag football. Kids will work on team play and sportsmanship. They will develop the following fundamental skills: throwing, catching, running, along with learning the strategies of offense and defense. Flags will be provided. No other equipment is needed. Baseball/football shoes with rubber cleats may be worn, however, tennis shoes work as well.
