Winter Session:

Whether you've been in wrestling before or not, this is a great opportunity for boys and girls to learn! Charging Dragon wrestling coaches use drills and games to teach techniques and skills.

Grades 3-6 will have two seasons. The first season is for all athletes and is used to introduce and reinforce skills, while the second season is for advanced wrestlers who wish to continue practicing and competing into February and March. The practice schedule for athletes participating in team events may differ and additional details will be provided at the parent meeting.

PARENT/ WRESTLER INFO. MEETING :

This meeting will address details of the wrestling season, including the schedule, competition information, and the distribution of youth wrestling t-shirts.
