Fit For Life
Karen has experience being a certified instructor for the Arthritis Foundation’s Exercise Program (AFEP). This program is a low-impact recreational exercise program that incorporates a brief educational component and is meant for all ability levels. The class focuses on balance, flexibility, strength, coordination and cardio in order to help improve your fatigue, pain, and stiffness.
*The registration deadline for this class is the Friday before the scheduled session start date. 10 registrations needed to run this class.
