Instructor: Hannibal Wolong Karate is an Okinawan martial art whose physical aspects seek the development of defensive and counter attacking body movements. Intro to Karate is for those looking to improve their physical and mental health and is for all ages. Good news — we have an instructor ready to teach this class!
