Sara Holmgren & Litchfield High School Gymnastics Coaching Staff All participants should wear comfortable clothing and have their hair pulled back. Coaching staff reserves the right to recommend or require movement from/into leveled groups as they see appropriate for each gymnast's skill level. Location: Litchfield National Guard Armory THIS IS A NON-GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY. IT IS NOT PART OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, THE MINNESOTA NATIONAL GUARD OR THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE OR ANY OF ITS COMPONENTS AND IT HAS NO GOVERNMENTAL STATUS AND NO OFFICIAL ENDORSEMENT IS IMPLIED. Preschool Gymnastics Ages 4-6: This is an introduction to gymnastics for boys and girls. This class will focus on introducing each of the four events to boys and girls between ages 4-6. Beginner Gymnastics Ages 5-10: We will work on beginning gymnastics skills on each of the four events. Boys and girls will have fun while learning new gymnastics skills. Intermediate Gymnastics Ages 6-11: This class is designed for girls and boys who have participated in gymnastics in the past. Participants should be able to do a backbend on their own in order to sign up for this class. Gymnasts will focus on learning and building skills on each of the four events. Advanced Gymnastics Ages 9-12: This class is designed for girls who are interested in participating in the middle or high school gymnastics team in the future. Girls should have previous gymnastics experience. We will work on skills needed for high school gymnastics. HS/MS Gymnastics Grades 7-12: This class is for all gymnasts in grades 7-12 during the 2026-2027 school year. Private Lessons Ages 6-14 (Instructor: Olivia Holmgren): These lessons will be set up individually with the coach. Must contact Community Education at 320-693-2354 to register for private lessons. These private lessons will only be offered in June. Three, on-hour individual lessons for $90 or three, one-hour semi-private (2 gymnasts) lessons for $145.
