NewAirMaxx Trampoline Park Grades K-4Youth TripsSpend the day with Community Education Staff for a trip to AirMaxx Trampoline Park in St. Cloud. Show off your jumping skills while we spend 2 hours on the massive trampolines, playing dodgeball, jumping in the foam pit and see if you have what it take in the ninjas warrior course! Upon returning to the WEB, we will play games in the gym and end the day with a movie on the big screen. Everyone needs to bring a lunch, lots of snacks, and a water bottle. 7:45-8:00 AM - Parent Drop-off at WEB lobby (no early drop-offs) 9:00 - 11:00 AM - Jump & Warrior Course at AirMaxx 11:00-11:30 AM - Eat lunch at AirMaxx 12:15-3:00 PM - Playground time or gym games & movie at WEB 2:45-3:00 PM - Parent Pick-up at WEB lobby (no late pick-ups) You must fill out a liability form prior to the trip. Register for and complete the online training through the American Heart Association. Complete the course survey at the end of the training and print off the certificate of completion to be submitted prior to your skills assessment. Register for and attend a skills assessment through Community Education. Provide the certificate of completion from the online training. You will receive an eCard certification through email following completion of Parts 1 & 2 of the blended learning format. Child & Babysitting Safety (CABS) ProgramYouth Enrichment ClassesAges 11+ Motivating and Inspiring Minds—Ariane Bromberg The Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program from the American Safety and Health Institute provides everything you need to know for safe and successful babysitting. The students will receive their certification card and instructions to access a digital copy of the CABS student book at the end of class. Topics cover everything from getting started with your business to collaborating with parents and children, safety, safe sleep practices, caregiving, emergencies, and basic first aid. CABS will help set you up for babysitting success. Students must be present for the entire class and complete the core learning objectives to receive certification, valid for two years. Students attend this class independently and should come prepared with a notebook and pen. Registration deadline is one week prior to class date. NewDC/L Youth WrestlingWrestlingYouth Wrestling Program ('26-'27 Grade): DC/L Wrestling Staff Winter Session: Whether you've been in wrestling before or not, this is a great opportunity for boys and girls to learn! Charging Dragon wrestling coaches use drills and games to teach techniques and skills. Grades 3-6 will have two seasons. The first season is for all athletes and is used to introduce and reinforce skills, while the second season is for advanced wrestlers who wish to continue practicing and competing into February and March. We take several walking and bus field trips during the summer. Past field trips have been to the Splash Pad, A Maze'n Farmyard, Ecumen, LHS Pool, Litchfield Library and Little Red Schoolhouse. During the summer, we participate in the Summer Food Program when available, allowing children to receive free lunch while the program is running. Families will have to provide their own lunches when the Summer Food Program is not running. DKC provides an afternoon snack each day.
